2. Scope of Services

As a Teacher, you may:

• Deliver live lessons
• Record educational content
• Communicate with students and their parents
• Access training materials
• Manage your profile and schedule

We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. Teacher Account and Obligations

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and professional manner.
• You shall not engage in any behavior that could harm the reputation or operations of the Platform or violate any applicable laws.
• You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including compliance with intellectual property rights and data protection laws.

4. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Edunova İngilizce Bilgisayar Muhasebe Özel Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Telekomünikasyon Ticaret A.Ş.
• You may use Platform resources only for the purpose of providing educational services via Eddy.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Compensation

• Your compensation, payment schedule, and invoicing procedures are specified in your separate Teacher Agreement.
• You are responsible for any taxes or social security contributions arising from payments you receive.
• The Company may withhold payment if you breach these Terms or your Teacher Agreement.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

• You agree to process any personal data of students or parents in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws, including KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR if applicable.
• You shall maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information you access through the Platform.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive practices
• Provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and any outstanding compensation will be handled according to your Teacher Agreement and applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, Turkey.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

11. Acceptance

By registering and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Teacher Terms of Use.
